         The Immigration and Naturalization Service has changed it's name. It is now "USCIS," United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. It is controlled by the Department of Homeland Security, "DHS". The Department of Homeland Security ("DHS") was not created to be user-friendly. The DHS was not created to help foreign nationals. The DHS was created to protect Americans. Immigration lawyers have a professional bias to try to help foreign nationals with their immigration status.
