Everything you need to know about the new PERM system is contained in these two very large pdf documents: NAFSA's Summary of PERM (89 pages) and DOL's PERM HELP GUIDE. Anything I could add would just be redundant.
My attorney's fees, not including costs and expenses, are $5,000. This amount can be broken down into three parts: $3,000 for PERM on-line filing; $1,000 for filing the I-140 Immigrant Petition, and $1,000 for applying for Lawful Permanent Resident status (for the greed card), a work permit, and a travel document.
